摘  要:有压管道中水流冲击截留气团产生的压力震荡会严重危害管道系统的安全。阐述了截留气团存在的原因及可能存气的条件,分析了不同工况时气囊对管道水锤升压的影响,概述不同类型排气阀的排气性能,并对比分析不同排气性能对管道系统水锤防护的作用效果。结合排气阀理论,说明排气阀产品样本参数对模拟结果存在显著影响。The pressure oscillation caused by the impact of water flow on the intercepted air mass in the pressurized pipeline will seriously endanger the safety of the pipeline system.This paper expounds the reasons for the existence of trapped air mass and the possible gas storage conditions,analyzes the influence of air bag on pipeline water hammer pressure rise under different working conditions,summarizes the exhaust performance of different types of exhaust valves,and compares and analyzes the effect of different exhaust performance on pipeline system water hammer protection.Combined with the exhaust valve theory,it shows that the sample parameters of exhaust valve products have a significant impact on the simulation results.
