摘 要:我国城市污水含砂量普遍较高,且相当部分为粒径小于200μm的细微砂,给污水处理系统带来了设备磨损严重、活性污泥MLVSS/MLSS比值降低、生化池泥沙淤积等问题。我国传统的除砂工艺主要以去除粒径大于200μm、比重约为2.65的砂为目标,对污水中细微砂的去除效果不理想。旋流除砂技术凭其能耗低、对细微砂去除效果好等优势逐渐发展。综述了旋流除砂技术在市政污水和污泥中的最新研究进展,重点阐述了新兴旋流除砂技术的原理、优势和实际应用情况,最后对旋流除砂技术的发展前景进行展望。The grit content of municipal sewage in our country is generally high,and there is a considerable part of fine grit with a particle size less than 200μm,which causes serious equipment wear,reduced activated sludge MLVSS/MLSS ratio,and sedimentation of biochemical ponds to the wastewater treatment plant system.The conventional grit removal process in our country is mainly aimed at removing particles with a diameter more than 200μm,with a specific gravity of about 2.65,and the performance of fine grit removal in municipal sewage is not ideal.Vortex grit-removing technology has gradually developed with its advantages of low energy consumption and good removing performance of fine grit.This article reviews the latest research progress of vortex grit-removing technology in municipal sewage and sludge,focusing on the principle,advantages and practical application of the newly-emerging vortex grit-removing crafts,and finally looks forward to the development prospects of vortex grit-removing technology.
