摘　　要：系统阐述了我国城乡融合发展的背景下乡镇污水工程在建设和运营阶段存在的诸多问题和挑战,如建设水平有待提升、污水设施运行效率低、乡镇污水设施运维管理薄弱和运营经费缺乏机制保障等。为保障乡镇污水系统的稳定运行,以南方某丘陵城市为例,针对性提出合理确定污水处理厂站建设规模及模式、实施管网提质增效、加强乡镇污水设施运营管理、落实乡镇污水处理设施资金支持等具体措施,并对我国城乡污水一体化体系的合理构建提出建议和展望。This paper systematically expounds the problems and challenges existing in the construction and operation stages of township sewage projects under urban-rural integration development in China.For example,the level of construction needs to be improved,the operation efficiency of sewage facilities is low,the operation and maintenance management of township sewage facilities is weak,and there is a lack of mechanism guarantee for operating funds,etc.In order to ensure the stable operation of the township sewage system,taking a hilly city in south as an example,it is proposed to reasonably determine the construction scale and mode of the sewage plant station,implement the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the pipe network,strengthen the operation and management of the township sewage facilities,and implement the financial support for the township sewage treatment facilities.And put forward suggestions and prospects for the rational construction of urban and rural sewage integration system in China.
