摘　　要：分析水污染处理设施的新需求,通过研究水污染处理设施用地指标与处理规模、处理工艺和处理对象等要素之间关系,提出了设施用地指标控制的建议。针对污水处理设施用地管控中的问题,探索通过修建性详细规划的审批管理、各类市政基础设施的整合统筹和设施用地的动态管控等途径,实现设施的有效控制和建设引导。Analyze the new demand for water pollution treatment facilities,and through research on the relationship between the land use index of water pollution treatment facilities and factors such as the scale of treatment,treatment technology and treatment objects,put forward suggestions for the control of land use indicators for facilities.Aiming at the problems in the land management and control of sewage treatment facilities,explore ways to achieve effective control and construction guidance of the facility through the approval management of constructive detailed planning,the integration of various municipal infrastructures,and the dynamic management and control of facility land.
