摘 要:系统地梳理了我国城镇给排水系统的发展历程,全面总结了既有"统一收集、输送和处理"的给排水系统模式存在的问题及面临的困境,针对既有供排水模式所带来的弊端,提出了构建"分质供水、分类排水、精准处理、资源回用"的城镇绿色环保节能型供排水系统设想,最后以10万人规模的城镇为例进行了案例分析。结果表明:采用新型供排水系统每年可减少污水排放量约73万t、提供约2920t复合肥、同时可减少水处理所用的化学药剂PAC和PAM,减少温室气体排放,进一步降低了污水处理厂的运行能耗。Firstly,this article systematically summarizes the development process of urban water supply and drainage systems in China.Secondly,the existing problems of the existing‘uniform collection,combined processing’water supply and drainage system model are comprehensively summarized.Thirdly,in view of the disadvantages brought by the existing water supply and drainage system model,the idea of constructing a new water supply and drainage system was proposed.The features of new system model include four parts:quality water supply,precise processing,classified collection,and resource reuse.Finally,a case study was conducted with a town of 100000 as an example.The results show that the use of the new water supply and drainage system can reduce sewage discharge by about 730000 t,provide about 2920 tof compound fertilizer,and reduce the use of polyaluminium chloride and polyacrylamide.This new system mode could reduce greenhouse gas emissions and the energy consumption of sewage treatment plants.This exploratory study aims to provide a reference for the water supply and drainage system design of organic city in the future.
