摘　　要：为应对当前项目进度、成本控制中的问题,以BIM-5D为平台在建筑项目中运用挣值法(EVM)对项目进度和成本进行动态控制。建立BIM-5D与挣值管理联合模型,完善挣值管理流程,利用BIM技术优势弥补挣值管理的缺陷,进一步提高了挣值管理在实际工程应用中的可操作性。In order to cope with the problems in the current project schedule and cost control,this paper uses EVM(earned value method)in the construction project on the platform of BIM-5D to dynamically control the project schedule and cost.Then,establishes BIM-5D and earned value management combined model,improve earned value management process.Using the advantages of BIM technology to make up for the defects of earned value management,and further improve the operability of earned value management in practical engineering applications.
