摘　　要：勘察设计企业借助以设计牵头的EPC模式快速发展,项目管理费预算管理直接关系到项目经济效益以及企业项目管理水平。从管理费预算流程、标准、执行控制等方面探讨预算管理在勘察设计企业EPC项目管理费管控中的应用,以期为相关企业提供参考。Survey and design enterprises develop rapidly with EPC general contracting mode led by design.Project management fee budget management is directly related to project economic benefit and enterprise project management level.This paper discusses the application of budget management in the management fee control of EPC projects of survey and design enterprises from the aspects of management budget process,standard and execution control,in order to provide reference for related enterprises.
