摘　　要：以全过程工程咨询服务中介机构的角度,应用建设工程项目经济评价理论和全过程成本管理理论,梳理出全过程工程咨询服务一些项目管理知识体系的创新内涵,构建房建工程项目初步设计批复后投资成本管控的技术路线,使实操案例得到系统的合力的满意的管控成效,最后针对开展全过程工程咨询的投资成本控制提出了一些建设性意见。From the perspective of the whole process engineering consulting service intermediary agency,this paper applies the economic evaluation theory and the whole process cost management theory to comb out the innovative connotation of some project management knowledge systems in the whole process engineering consulting service,constructs the technical route of investment cost control after the approval of the preliminary design of a housing construction project,so that the practical cases can be managed and controlled with systematic resultant force and satisfactory results,finally,some constructive suggestions on the investment cost control of the whole process engineering consultation are put forward.
