摘　　要：总结当前工程建设项目评标中存在的主要问题,即评标质量总体不高,主要表现为评标工作较为粗放、评标结果质量不高。结合当前工程建设项目招投标现状,剖析其问题产生的原因,进而针对性地探讨破解对策,即优化评审因素及标准、改进评标方法、完善评标专家管理、强化正确的评标理念等。This paper summarizes the main problems existing in the evaluation of current engineering construction projects,that is,the overall quality of evaluation is not high,which is mainly reflected in the extensive evaluation work and the low quality of evaluation results.Combined with the current bidding status of engineering construction projects,analyzes the causes of the problems,and then discusses the countermeasures,that is,optimizing the evaluation factors and standards,improving the evaluation methods,perfecting the evaluation expert management,strengthening the correct evaluation concept,etc.
