摘　　要：采用元分析的方法,基于20个独立研究样本,研究项目复杂性与绩效的关系,并深入探索技术复杂性和组织复杂性对项目绩效的影响。研究表明:项目复杂性对绩效存在显著的负相关关系;技术复杂性和组织复杂性均对项目绩效存在显著的负向影响。两者的关系还受到调节变量国家文化的影响:在个体主义文化国家项目复杂性对项目绩效的负向影响更小;结论表明两者的关系不受取样地区的影响。Using meta-analysis method,based on 20 independent research samples,this paper studies the relationship between project complexity and performance,and deeply explores the impact of technical complexity and organizational complexity on project performance.The research shows that:project complexity has a significant negative correlation with performance.Both technical complexity and organizational complexity have a significant negative impact on project performance.The relationship between the two is also influenced by the national culture of the moderating variable:in individualistic countries,the negative impact of project complexity on project performance is smaller.The conclusion shows that the relationship between them is not affected by the sampling area.
