摘　　要：以实际案例,从招标策划、成本管控、成果文件及指标、成本改进建议等方面,全面介绍地上建构筑物拆除的成本管控思路和实施方案,为工程造价同行提供参考。Based on actual cases,this paper comprehensively introduces the idea and implementation scheme of cost control for demolition of overground structures from aspects of bidding planning,cost control,outcome documents and indicators,and cost improvement suggestions,so as to provide reference for engineering cost counterparts.
