摘　　要：采用层次分析法对Q市妇女儿童医疗保健中心迁建项目的风险进行评价,得出各类风险对迁建项目的影响程度依次为质量及技术风险、资金风险、环境影响风险、工期风险、管理风险、方案风险、政治及社会风险、其他风险。综合考虑影响迁建项目的8个风险因素,分析可研环节、建设环节、运营环节的风险防范与控制问题,并提出相应的风险控制策略。This paper uses analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the risk of the relocation project of Q city women’s and children’s health care center,and comes to the conclusion that the impact of various risks on the relocation project are quality and technical risk,capital risk,environmental impact risk,construction period risk,management risk,scheme risk,political and social risk and other risks.Comprehensively considering the eight risk factors affecting the relocation project,analyzes the risk prevention and control of feasibility study,construction and operation,and puts forward the corresponding risk control strategies.
