摘 要:以贵州某地源热泵项目为例,根据地源热泵系统设计,地热采集系统换热长度、钻孔井深、热泵机组等参数,建立岩溶地区地源热泵建设成本经济分析模型。地热采集系统在总年化投资成本中占14.59%,占地源热泵系统整体投资较大;运行投资在总年化投资中占比为80.37%,可采用智能化控制系统降低运维投资;在固定投资中,地热采集系统投资费用为74.33%,详实的场地勘察数据和高效的钻孔工艺可降低钻孔成本。与传统土壤源热泵相比,岩溶地区地热采集系统投资占比较高,直接推高了初投资和年化总成本。Taking a ground source heat pump project in Guizhou as an example,according to the design of the ground source heat pump system,the heat exchange length of the geothermal acquisition system,the depth of the borehole,the heat pump unit and other parameters,this paper establishes an economic analysis model of the construction cost of the ground source heat pump in the karst area.The geothermal acquisition system accounts for 14.59%of the total annualized investment cost,accounting for a relatively large investment in the overall ground source heat pump system;the operation investment accounts for 80.37%of the total annualized investment,and the intelligent control system can be used to reduce the operation and maintenance investment;In the investment,the investment cost of the geothermal acquisition system is 74.33%.The detailed site survey data and efficient drilling process can reduce the drilling cost.Compared with the traditional soil source heat pump,the investment of the geothermal acquisition system in the karst area is relatively high,which directly pushes up the initial investment and the total annualized cost.
