核电站厂区室外工程造价指标研究

摘　　要：室外00子项管道分布于整个电站厂区,涉及饮用水系统、废油和非放射性水排放等多个系统。通过梳理“华龙一号”核电站相关资料,聚焦室外00子项给排水工程,建立工程量指标、经济指标相结合的双指标体系,一方面从宏观层面把控各系统工程造价,为后续项目前期快速估价提供依据;另一方面,揭示不同系统造价分布特征,从经济角度指出各系统设计优化中应关注的造价元素,进一步为限额设计提供参考。The outdoor engineering are distributed throughout the nuclear power plant,which involving multiple systems,such as the drinking water system and the waste oil and non-radioactive water discharge system.Through sorting out the relevant data of HPR1000,this paper focuses on the outdoor water supply and drainage engineering,and establishes a double index system combining the quantity index and the engineering cost index.On the one hand,the cost of each system will have been controlled from the macro level to provide a basis for the early stage rapid evaluation of follow-up projects.On the other hand,the cost distribution characteristics of different systems had been revealed,and the cost elements that should be paid attention to in the design optimization of each system are pointed out,which can provide reference for quota design.
