摘　　要：以TPB理论为基础,对绿色住宅消费行为的影响因素进行总结,建立绿色住宅消费行为影响因素模型。通过问卷调查,运用二元Logistic回归模型,对影响消费者购买绿色住宅的主要因素进行实证研究。针对结果提出建议:完善绿色住宅的建设规范和评价标准,政府采取激励政策,住宅产业化,降低绿色住宅施工成本,形成消费者购买意向机制。Based on TPB theory,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of green housing consumption behavior,and establishes the influencing factor model of green housing consumption behavior.Through questionnaire survey and binary logistic regression model,makes an empirical study on the main factors influencing consumers’purchase of green housing.According to the results,puts forward suggestions,including improving the green housing construction norms and evaluation standards,the government should adopt incentive policies,housing industrialization,reducing the construction cost of green housing,and forming the mechanism of consumer purchase intention.
