摘　　要：以尼日利亚Ajaokuta钢铁厂项目为例,分析政治因素对重大工程项目变更的负面影响。研究发现,除了以往研究中已经提出的乐观偏见、战略性误导、承诺升级、新技术迷恋等政治因素外,过度的民族自尊心和政治环境变动也是导致重大工程项目变更的负面政治影响因素。This paper takes the Nigeria Ajaokuta steel plant project as an example to analyze the negative influence of political factors on major engineering project changes.The study finds that in addition to political factors such as optimistic bias,strategic misleading,commitment upgrades,and new technology obsessions that have been proposed in previous studies,excessive national self-esteem and changes in the political environment are also negative political factors that lead to major engineering project changes.
