摘　　要：梳理现行城市轨道交通工程质量检测管理相关的全国性法律法规,对比昆明、成都、重庆三地的城市轨道交通工程质量检测要求,发现全国性城市轨道交通工程质量检测规定存在的不足。针对这些问题,提出完善质量检测项目,规范检测机构委托主体、调整质量检测服务费用列支方式、强化对检测机构及检测人员违法责任的追究等改进建议。This paper examines the current national laws and regulations related to the quality inspection and management of urban rail transit projects,compares the quality inspection requirements for urban rail transit projects in Kunming,Chengdu and Chongqing,then finds the following deficiencies in the national urban rail transit project quality inspection regulations.To resolve these problems,puts forward several suggestions for improvement,such as clarifying the quality inspection item list and the inspecting client,adjusting the method of accounting for quality inspection service fees,and addressing the accountability and responsibility of the inspection agencies and personnel.
