摘　　要：分析预制混凝土构件的外观缺陷分类,归纳这些缺陷产生的主要原因,包括原材料质量不合格、混凝土一次下料过多、超过振捣器的影响深度等,提出严格落实原材料的进场检验及抽检机制,以及确保原材料质量,分层浇筑混凝土,控制混凝土的内外温差等防治措施。This paper analyzes the classification of appearance defects of prefabricated concrete components,sums up the main causes of these defects,including the unqualified quality of raw materials,excessive concrete cutting at one time,exceeding the impact depth of the vibrator,etc,puts forward some preventive measures,such as strictly implementing the mechanism of inspection and sampling mechanism of raw materials,as well as ensuring the quality of raw materials,layered concrete pouring,controlling the internal and external temperature of concrete.
