摘  要:为研究纤维增强复合材料(FRP)的缠绕方式对FRP约束钢管混凝土短柱轴压性能的影响,完成了10个FRP约束钢管混凝土短柱和2个钢管混凝土短柱的轴压试验,变化参数包括FRP布缠绕方式(通长环向缠绕、螺旋缠绕和套袋缠绕)和粘贴FRP布层数(2、4层和6层)。结果表明:FRP布以较小角度螺旋缠绕时,FRP对钢管混凝土的约束效果与环向缠绕时相近,而套袋缠绕时由于纤维丝与柱横截面的夹角过大,FRP约束效果并不明显,FRP约束钢管混凝土短柱的轴压承载力与钢管混凝土柱的相近;FRP约束钢管混凝土短柱的轴压承载力随FRP布层数的增加近似呈线性增长。此外,建立了FRP约束钢管混凝土柱的有限元模型并采用试验结果对模型进行验证,基此分析了纤维缠绕角度对轴压承载力的影响,提出了考虑纤维缠绕角度的FRP约束钢管混凝土轴压柱承载力简化计算方法。Axial compression tests on ten fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)confined concrete-filled steel tubular(CCFT)columns and two concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST)columns were conducted to investigate the influence of FRP winding patterns(circumferential winding,spiral winding and braided FRP shell)and FRP thickness(2,4 and 6 layers of FRP sheets).The test results show that with a small winding angle,the FRP confining effect of spirally wound CCFT columns on the core concrete comes similar with that of circumferentially wound specimens,while no obvious confinement is provided by braided FRP shell due to the large angle between column cross-section and fibers,and the bearing capacity of specimens is similar to that of CFST columns.Besides,the bearing capacity of CCFT columns increases approximately linearly with the addition of FRP layers.Furthermore,the influence of the FRP winding angle on the capacity of CCFT columns was analyzed by finite element models that were validated by tests.Based on the analysis results,the calculation equation of the axial bearing capacity of CCFT columns was proposed,which took into account the effect of FRP winding angle.
