对ICT背景下城市规划技术方法变革方向的思考

摘　　要：信息与通信技术的高速发展正在对人们的生产和生活方式产生巨大影响,导致城市的运行方式、资源组织模式、基础设施建设重点也因此发生变化。相应的,城市规划的技术方法也面临着新的变革。本文从空间功能、基础设施等方面分析了ICT影响下城市资源组织模式的变化,从城市感知网建设和信息物理系统调控等方面分析了城市新型基础设施建设的思路与重点。在此基础上,提出ICT与传统规划方法的融合途径——数据科学方法与传统城市认知方法的融合;从物质空间规划到时空场景规划;从蓝图规划、动态规划到城市动态运营。The rapid development of information and communication technology is having a huge impact on people’s production and life style,so that the operation mode,resource organization mode and key points of infrastructure construction of the city have also changed.Accordingly,the technical methods of urban planning are also facing new changes.This paper analyzes the changes of urban resource organization mode under the influence of ICT from the aspects of spatial function and infrastructure,and analyzes the ideas and key points of urban new infrastructure construction from the aspects of urban perception network construction and CPS regulation.On this basis,the integration approaches of ICT and traditional planning methods are proposed:the integration of data science and traditional urban study;from material space planning to space-time scene planning;from blueprint planning,dynamic planning to urban dynamic operation.
