摘 要:工程实践表明,当地基上部土层为回填土质或者其他未知土质,而在这些地下存在着一层物理力学性能较好的持力层的条件下,采用内夯沉管灌注桩,就能充分发挥其工作效能,以达到建筑需要的力学效果,并且由于其拥有较高的单桩承载力及较好的技术经济效益,使内夯沉管灌注桩成为一种执行力很高的专项技术。通过对宜宾年产2万t锂电正极材料项目地质的研究,决定采用内夯沉管灌注桩进行施工。The engineering practice shows that when the upper soil layer of the foundation is backfilled soil or other unknown soil,and there is a bearing layer with good physical and mechanical properties under these conditions,the use of internal ramming pipe sinking cast-in-place pile can give full play to its working efficiency,so as to achieve the mechanical effect required by the building.Due to its high single pile bearing capacity and good technical and economic benefits,the internal ramming pipe sinking cast-in-place pile has become a special technology with high executive force.Based on the geological study on the project of lithium battery cathode material with an annual output of 20000 t in Yibin,it was decided to adopt the internal ramming pipe sinking cast-in-place pile for construction.
