摘　　要：“实施城市更新行动”是我国“十四五”规划的重要内容,本研究旨在探索居民对于老旧社区改造后的主观评价,为后续城市更新提供参考。文章采用AHP的研究方法确定山地城市老旧社区更新时各个要素的权重占比,然后选取渝中区6个代表社区进行问卷调研,分析结果表明:评价体系具有有效性;老旧社区更新要素的优先级为服务设施>公共空间>基础设施>人文环境>卫生环境。“To implement urban renewal action”is an important content of the 14th Five-Year Plan in our country.This paper aims to explore the subjective evaluation of the residents in old communities and to provide a reference for subsequent urban renewal.This paper adopted the AHP method to determine the weight proportion of various factors in the old community’s renewal in mountain city.Then,six representative communities in Yuzhong District were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey.The results show that the evaluation system is effective.The priority of renewal elements in old communities is as follows:service facilities>public space>infrastructure>human environment>health environment.
