摘  要:在施工单位接手设计文件后,建立原始地貌模型,并根据周边其他施工单位交叉施工面影响进行三维场地分析、土方平衡及场地布置模拟,合理组织交通,提高场地利用率,降低工程造价。通过各楼栋、各专业模型的建立以及特殊工艺的施工模拟、动画演示,提高施工交底效率;结合BIM管理平台,整合阶段进度模型,对现场和各分包的施工质量、安全进行整体把控。After the construction unit takes over the design documents,it establishes the original geomorphic model,carries out three-dimensional site analysis of earth balance and site layout simulation according to the influence of cross-construction surface of other construction units around it,organizes transportation reasonably,improves site utilization ratio and reduces project costs.Through the establishment of the building and various professional models,and the construction simulation and animation demonstration of special process,the construction bottoming efficiency is improved.Combining with BIM management platform,stage progress model is integrated to control construction quality and safety of the site and subcontracting as a whole.
