绿色实践驱动下建筑企业联盟的成本动机与联盟绩效关系的系统动力学分析

摘　　要：在当前“双碳”目标背景下,越来越多的建筑企业参与绿色实践,为了更好地达成绿色目标,许多企业通过组建联盟进行组织间合作的方式来降低成本,从而提高联盟绩效。为了明确绿色实践、联盟成本动机与联盟绩效的内在关系,本文梳理了建筑业绿色实践的驱动因素,基于交易成本经济学理论分析了联盟成本动机,构建了绿色实践驱动下建筑企业成本动机与联盟绩效的因果关系模型,借助Vensim PLE软件工具,分别考虑成本动机的强、中、弱3种情景,进行数值模拟仿真。结果显示,短时间内联盟成本动机,并不明显影响联盟绩效增速,但从长期来看,联盟的成本动机增强会产生更高的联盟绩效。如果增加成本动机初始强度,会使联盟绩效提高,经过反馈作用,绩效提升速度加快,从而加强建筑企业长期合作意愿,对联盟成本动机具有积极的促进作用。通过敏感性分析得到,联盟绩效对成本动机的变化比较敏感,随着联盟成本动机的逐渐增强,联盟绩效提升效果更加显著。In the context of the current“dual carbon”goal,more and more construction companies are participating in green practices.In order to better achieve the green goals,many companies form alliances for inter-organizational cooperation to reduce costs and improve alliance performance.In order to clarify the internal relationship between green practice,alliance cost motives and alliance performance,this study sorts out the driving factors of green practice in the construction industry,analyzes alliance cost motives based on transaction cost economics theory,and establishes the cost motives and cost motives of construction companies driven by green practices.The causal relationship model of alliance performance,with the help of Vensim PLE software tool,considers the three scenarios of strong,medium and weak cost motivation respectively,and carries out numerical simulation.The results show that the cost motive of alliances in a short period of time does not significantly affect the growth rate of alliance performance,but in the long run,the increase of cost motives of alliances will produce higher alliance performance.If the initial strength of the cost motivation is increased,the performance of the alliance will be improved.After feedback,the performance improvement rate will be accelerated,thereby strengthening the willingness of construction companies to cooperate in the long-term,and having a positive role in promoting the cost motivation of the alliance.Through sensitivity analysis,alliance performance is more sensitive to changes in cost motives.With the gradual enhancement of alliance cost motives,the effect of alliance performance improvement is more significant.
