摘　　要：为了提升储水式热水器搪瓷制件即搪瓷内胆的质量,借鉴德国及澳洲相关搪瓷标准,运用对比的方法,针对标准修订前后的"标准名称与适用范围、阴极防腐、密着性要求及测试方法、耐热水侵蚀性要求及测试方法、耐碱侵蚀性的测试方法、检验规则"等内容进行了详细介绍与分析,重点强调了"牺牲阳极的质量与搪瓷面积比例"以及"耐热水侵蚀测试方法与失重要求的变化",目的是引起热水器企业的高度重视,结合解析内容提前做好标准换版前的各项准备工作。In order to improve the quality of enamel units enamel tank for storage water heaters,refer to the relevant enamel standards in Germany and Australia,and run a comparative method,compared with the original standard these contents of"standard name and scope of application,cathodic protection,adhesion requirements and test methods,hot water erosion resistance requirements and test methods,alkali resistance test methods,testing regulations"are introduced and analyzed in detail,emphasizing the"ratio of sacrifice anode quality to enamel area"and"changes of test methods and weightlessness requirements for hot water erosion resistance"the purpose is to arouse the great attention of water heaters companies,and to do all the preparations before the standard version change in advance in accordance with the analysis content.
