产业协同对制造业技术创新的影响研究

摘　　要：基于产业协同视角分析制造业技术创新影响因素的文献较少,且大部分仅关注于高技术产业协同的影响,忽视了高技术产业与传统制造产业的有序发展对其也可能存在一定的作用。基于此,文章先利用复合系统协调度模型测算我国31个省域2007-2016年间高技术产业与传统制造产业协同度,再采取固定效应、随机效应、两阶段SYS-GMM方法分别从静态和动态视角实证分析二者协同对制造业技术创新的影响。结果显示:我国各省市高技术产业与传统制造产业均呈现协同有序发展,江苏、湖南、四川三省最高;高技术产业与传统制造产业协同对制造业技术创新作用十分显著,且结果稳健;制造业技术创新会受到上一期创新水平的积极影响,即存在"惯性效应";制造业技术创新还会受到地区总人口、教育程度、贸易总额和城镇化水平的影响。There were few literatures in analyzing the influencing factors of manufacturing industrial technological innovation from the perspective of industrial synergy,and most of them only focused on the impact of high-tech industrial synergy,but ignored the orderly development of high-tech industry and traditional manufacturing industry may also had effects.Based on it,this paper firstly estimated the degree of synergy between high-tech industry and traditional manufacturing industry in Chinese 31 provinces from 2007 to 2016 by using the coordination degree model of composite system.Then,this paper analyzed the influence of synergy between them on manufacturing industrial technological innovation from static and dynamic perspectives empirically from static and dynamic perspectives with the fixed effect,random effect and two-stage SYS-GMM method.The results show that:Chinese high-tech industry and tradi-tional manufacturing industry are developing in a coordinated and orderly manner in all provinces and cities,with Jiangsu,Hunan and Sichuan ranking the top three;The synergy between high-tech industry and traditional manufacturing industry shows a very significant role in promoting technological innovation in manufacturing industry,and the result is robust;The manufacturing industrial technolo-gical innovation are positively affected by the level of innovation in the previous period,which means that it has"habits";The total population,education level,import and export trade and urbanization level of the region also have impacts on technological innovation.
