商住小区排水管道非开挖修复改造讨论与分析

摘　　要：文中以金海街道商住小区正本清源改造项目为基础,对埋深较深、周边无放坡开挖条件且位于地下室顶板上无法进行支护的管段,管道横穿挡墙、喷泉、景观水池等地面构筑物且无更改管位条件的管段,涉及市政主干道的管段等,提出了相应的非开挖修复改造方案,研究成果对相关工程项目具有一定的借鉴意义。Based on the Zhengben Qingyuan Renovation Project of Jinhai Street Commercial and Residential Community,this article proposes corresponding non excavation repair and renovation plans for pipeline sections that are buried deep,have no slope excavation conditions around,and cannot be supported on the basement roof.Pipeline sections that cross ground structures such as retaining walls,fountains,landscape pools,and have no changed pipe location conditions,and involve municipal main roads,The research results have certain reference significance for relevant engineering projects.
