摘  要:由于当前路面摩擦系数测定受测量原理限制,无法避免摆臂与其他部位碰撞对设备造成的影响,低温条件下,沥青路面摩擦系数测定存在一定困难。文中通过分析粘着现象与橡胶轮胎表面的弹性变化,确定轮胎与路面摩擦系数之间的变化机理;优化路面摩擦系数测定仪时,在摆臂上设计镂空部和加强筋条,设置有限位装置的同时增加保护外罩;根据摩擦系数测试原理,得到速度与摩擦系数关系图像,完成低温条件下沥青路面摩擦系数的测定。测试结果表明,在三种不同沥青路面的路段上,优化后的路面摩擦系数测定仪测得摩擦系数均在0.95以上。Because the current pavement friction coefficient measurement is limited by the measurement principle,it is impossible to avoid the impact of the collision between the swing arm and other parts on the equipment,so it is difficult to study the asphalt pavement friction coefficient measurement and analysis under low temperature conditions.By analyzing the adhesion phenomenon and the elastic change of the rubber tire surface,the change mechanism of the friction coefficient between the tire and the road surface is determined;When optimizing the pavement friction coefficient tester,the hollow part and reinforcing rib are designed on the swing arm,and the protective cover is added while the limit device is set;According to the principle of friction coefficient test,the relationship between speed and friction coefficient is obtained,and the friction coefficient of asphalt pavement under low temperature is measured.The test results show that the friction coefficient of the optimized pavement friction coefficient tester is above 0.95 on three different asphalt pavement sections.
