摘　　要：文章阐述了海绵城市建设对平衡城市建设与水生态环境的关系,构建健康的城市水生态系统,促进生态文明建设具有重要的现实意义。主要介绍江苏省在海绵城市建设方面的探索与实践,表明要真正理解海绵城市理念,科学对待,因地制定,统筹建设。The paper describes that sponge city construction can balance the relationship between city construction and water eco-environment.It is very important for build up a healthy urban water eco-system and promoting construction of eco-civilization.It introduces exploration and practice in sponge city construction of Jiangsu province and indicates that we must really understand the concept of sponge city and scientifically treat it in line with local conditions for coordination construction.
