新时期加强船艇专业实战化人才培养的思考

摘　　要：为提高新时期边海防部队船艇专业实战化人才培养效益,分析当前船艇专业人才培养面临的新形势,指明深化实战化教学改革面临的矛盾问题,从深刻把握船艇专业人才培养目标、聚力深化教学模式改革重点、着力打造知战晓战师资队伍、坚持从严治学从严治教原则、充分发挥文化激励感召作用5个方面提出具体措施。In order to improve the training efficiency of combat-oriented talents in watercraft specialty of the border and coastal defense forces in the new era,this paper firstly analyzes the new situation faced by current training of talents in watercraft specialty.Then,it points out the contradictions and problems faced by the combat-oriented teaching reform.Finally,it puts forward specific measures from following five aspects:grasping the training objectives of talents in watercraft specialty,deepening the focus of teaching mode reform,building a team of teachers who know the war,adhering to the principle of strict learning and strict teaching,and giving full play to the role of cultural incentives.
