摘　　要：为提升汽车分队轻武器射击实战化训练质效,分析当前训练中存在的内容设置、组训模式、训练环境与实战化要求不一致等问题,提出重构“贴近实战”内容体系、完善“战训一致”训练模式和创设“通达战场”环境条件3条对策。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the combat-oriented training of light weapons shooting in the automobile unit,this paper firstly analyzes the inconsistency between the content setting,training mode,training environment and the combat requirements in the current training.Then,it puts forward three countermeasures,such as reconstructing the content system of"close to combat",improving the training mode of"consistent with combat",and creating the environmental conditions of"accessible to the battlefield".
