高原高寒边境地区油料保障问题思考

摘　　要：为提高高原高寒边境地区油料保障能力,针对油料保障面临的矛盾困难,立足近年来西北高原高寒边境地区油料保障存在的问题,从提高整体油料储备能力、健全立体多维投送体系、加快适应性装备建设、加强油料保障力量建设、提升油库(站)防卫能力等方面,提出提升西北高原高寒边境地区油料保障能力的对策。To improve the oil support capability in the plateau alpine border areas,this paper firstly elaborates the contradictions and difficulties faced by oil support.Then,it analyzes the problems existing in the northwest plateau alpine border areas in recent years.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures to improve the oil support capability of the northwest plateau alpine border from following aspects:improving the overall oil reserve capacity,improving the three-dimensional and multi-dimensional delivery system,accelerating the construction of adaptive equipment,strengthening the construction of oil support forces,and improving the defense capability of oil depots(stations).
