摘 要:为提高航材管理信息系统运行效率,针对系统数据复杂性、多维性的特点,提出缺陷扣分法和模糊综合评价相结合的数据质量评价方法,创建二级指标体系以及数据质量缺陷评定标准,运用层次分析法确定权重,缺陷扣分法计算各指标得分,最大隶属度原则得到评价等级。通过案例分析验证,该方法既能对缺陷与非缺陷之间的灰色地带进行准确评价,又能处理刚性量化分析造成的结果严重化问题。In order to improve the operation efficiency of aviation materials management information system,in view of the complexity and multidimensional characteristics of the system dada,this paper firstly proposes a data quality evaluation method combining the defect deduction method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Secondly,it establishes a secondary index system and data quality defect evaluation standard.Thirdly,it determines the weight by using the analytic hierarchy process and calculates the score of each index with the defect deduction method,and obtains the evaluation grade by the maximum subordination principle.Finally,the case study shows that the method can not only accurately evaluate the gray area between defects and non-defects,but also deal with the problem of serious results caused by rigid quantitative analysis.
