美军装备去军事化处理的启示——以阿富汗战场撤离行动为例

摘　　要：为提升我军装备去军事化处理能力,在明确美军装备去军事化处理概念和方法的基础上,总结美军在阿富汗战场撤离行动中装备去军事化处理的做法及特点,从建立健全组织机构、加强法规制度建设、优化装备管理理念、探索新型处理机制4个方面提出对我军的启示。In order to further enhance equipment demilitarization processing ability of our army,this paper firstly clarifies the concept and method of equipment demilitarization processing in US army.Then,it summarizes the methods and characteristics of equipment demilitarization processing in withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan battlefield.Finally,it puts forward the enlightenment to our army from four aspects:establishing and improving the organization,strengthening the construction of laws and regulations,optimizing the concept of equipment management,and exploring new processing mechanisms.
