摘　　要：为强化维和待命运输分队干部培训质效,提升其组织指挥能力,明确“四位一体”培训模式的目标和思路,设置理论学习、案例研究、想定作业、训练演练4个培训模块并对其内容进行详细阐述,从教学团队、教材体系、教学方式、教学评价4个方面,提出保障培训实施和提高培训效果的对策措施。In order to strengthen the quality and efficiency of the training for peacekeeping transport unit,improve its organization and command ability,this paper firstly clarifies the objectives and ideas of the"four in one"training mode.Then,it sets up four training modules of theoretical study,case study,scenario assignment,and training exercise,and elaborates their contents in detail.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures to ensure the implementation of training and improve the training effect.
