摘 要:为准确评估陆军轻型合成旅跨域作战装备保障能力,深入研究影响装备保障效能发挥指标因素,基于改进的网络分析方法(A NP),将跨域作战装备保障能力任务拆解为跨域情况判断能力、跨域指挥决策能力、装备作战编组能力和战场装备管理能力等9个指标因素,通过构建指标因素超矩阵,邀请专家教授比对判断,计算加权超矩阵和极限超矩阵,得出各指标因素对装备保障能力的影响权重。通过实例应用,验证该方法的可行性,为提高陆军轻型合成旅跨域作战装备保障能力提供建设依据。In order to accurately evaluate the cross-domain operations equipment support capability of army light synthetic brigade and study the index factors affecting the performance of equipment support effectiveness,this paper,based on the improved analytic network process(ANP),firstly decomposes the cross-domain operations equipment support capability into nine index factors,such as the cross-domain situation judgment ability,cross-domain command decision-making ability,equipment combat grouping ability,and battlefield equipment management ability,etc.Then,by establishing the index factor super matrix and inviting experts and professors to compare and judge it,it obtains the influence weight of each index factor on the equipment support ability.Finally,it verifies the feasibility of this method through examples,which provides a construction basis for improving the cross-domain operations equipment support ability of army light synthetic brigade.
