摘　　要：为全面提升军校毕业学员岗位任职能力,探索构建毕业学员岗位任职能力综合联考模式,在深刻把握联考模式构建意义的基础上,厘清联考模式构建的基本遵循,提出优化考核课目内容、设计调控考核进程、改进联考考评模式等构建举措,以期为军校全方位考察毕业学员军事职业素养和岗位任职能力提供参考。In order to comprehensively improve the position competency of military cadets,this paper firstly explores the construction of a comprehensive joint examination mode for position competency of military cadets.Then,after analyzing the significance of the construction of the joint examination mode,it clarifies the basic rules for the construction of the joint examination mode.Finally,it puts forward some construction measures to provide reference for the military academy to comprehensively evaluate the military professional quality and position competency of the graduates,such as optimizing the content of the assessment courses,regulating the assessment process,and improving the joint examination assessment mode.
