摘 要:为提高客滚船实施部队海上投送装卸保障能力,提出一种用于保障大型客滚船海上卸载的过驳装卸平台,解决大型客滚船吃水深度大、难以连岸卸载等问题。分析海上过驳转运平台战术技术指标需求,提出利用工程方驳加改装构建客滚船海上过驳转运平台的总体技术方案,并对系统水动力性能进行仿真计算,为技术方案设计提供依据。In order to improve the support ability of the marine delivery,loading and unloading of Ro-Ro passenger ships,a barge loading and unloading platform is proposed to ensure the offshore unloading of large Ro-Ro passenger ships in this paper,which aims to solve the problem of large draft and difficult to connect to the shore for unloading.It firstly analyzes the tactical and technical index requirements of the offshore barge transfer platform.Then,it puts forward the overall technical scheme of using the engineering barge to build the offshore barge transfer platform of Ro-Ro passenger ships.Finally,it carries out the simulation calculation of the hydrodynamic performance of the system,so as to provide the basis for the design of the technical scheme.
