摘　　要：为增强野战输油管线部队遂行保障任务能力,确保实战中我军油料供应链完整高效,总结野战输油管线力量动员的内容,指出存在的问题,根据依法动员、快速动员、精确动员的原则,提出制定科学规定、建立高效体制、进行充分准备、建立互通系统、合理修订预案、加强演习演练等对策措施。To enhance the ability of field oil pipeline unit to carry out support tasks and ensure the integrity and efficiency of our army’s oil supply chain in actual combat,this paper firstly summarizes the contents of field oil pipeline force mobilization and points out the existing problems.Then,according to the principles of mobilization according to law,rapid mobilization and accurate mobilization,it puts forward some countermeasures,such as formulating scientific regulations,establishing efficient system,making full preparations,establishing interoperability system,revising the plan reasonably,and strengthening exercises and drills.
