摘　　要：为提高部队后勤保障能力,更科学地组织部队后勤训练,在揭示指挥与管理本质内涵的基础上,结合后勤指挥与后勤管理在部队组织活动实际中的表现,提出区分后勤指挥和后勤管理活动的标准——任务状态为指挥、准备状态为管理,并提出应立足于同一主体、立足于全局,科学划分后勤指挥与后勤管理。In order to improve the logistics support ability of the organization activeties of the army,and organize the logistics training of the army more scientifically,this paper firstly reveals the essence of command and management.Then,combining with the performance of logistics command and logistics management in the actual organizational activities of the army,it puts forward the standard of distinguishing logistics command and logistics management:task status is command,and preparation status is management.Finally,it suggests that logistics command and logistics managenment should be scientifically divided based on the same subject and overall situation.
