摘 要:在界定运输投送设施体系基础上,分析影响其战时保障能力的主要因素,为建立运输投送设施体系保障能力评估模型,提出一种基于聚类分析-熵权的网络化评估方法。确定评价指标和专家权重系数、指标权重,并在最终评价结果确定中引用设施满足度的概念,解决了网络化分析方法中忽视专家差别以及评估结果确定主观性较强的问题,使得评价结果更加科学合理。On the basis of defining the system of transportation delivery facilities,this paper firstly analyzes the main factors that affect its support capability in wartime.Then,in order to establish an evaluation model of transportation delivery facilities system support capability,it puts forward a network evaluation method based on cluster analysis entropy weight.Finally,it determines the evaluation index,expert weight coefficient and index weight,and uses the concept of facility satisfaction degree in the final evaluation result determination to solve the problem of ignoring the difference of experts and the subjectivity of the evaluation results,which makes the evaluation results more scientific and reasonable.
