铁路场站设计贯彻国防要求对策

摘　　要：为强化铁路场站军民融合建设,鉴于当前我国铁路快速发展的有利形势,从设计的角度研究铁路场站贯彻国防要求,以满足新形势下军事运输需求。结合相关国防法律规范要求,深入分析当前铁路场站设计中存在的主要问题,从沟通机制、创新合作机制和铁路场站设计改进方案等3个方面提出改进对策与建议。In order to strengthen the idea of civil-military integration,in view of the favorable situation of the rapid development of railways in our country,this paper firstly studies the implementation of national defense requirements in railway yards and stations from the point view of design to meet the needs of military transportation under the new situation.Then,combining with the requirements of relevant national defense laws and regulations,it deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the design of railway yards and stations.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improvement from three aspects:communication mechanism,innovation and cooperation mechanism,and improvement scheme of railway yard and station design.
