摘　　要：为给我军联合投送能力建设提供理论参考,对联合投送系统效能进行理论分析。从分析联合投送系统效能的概念内涵入手,阐述效能投送、精准投送等联合投送系统效能的价值理念;从联合投送效率、联合投送质量、联合投送效益3个方面剖析联合投送系统效能的核心特质,全面构建联合投送系统效能的体系架构。In order to provide theoretical reference for our army to strengthen the capacity building of joint delivery,the effectiveness of joint delivery system is analyzed theoretically.Starting with the conceptual connotation of joint delivery system efficiency,the paper firstly analyzes the value concepts of joint delivery system efficiency,such as efficiency,precision delivery.Then,it analyzes the core characteristics of joint delivery system efficiency from three aspects:joint delivery efficiency,joint delivery quality and joint delivery efficiency,and constructs the system framework of joint delivery system efficiency in all-round way.
