摘  要:某核电厂辅助锅炉的内部结构螺栓发生断裂,通过外观及断口形貌观察、化学成分分析、显微组织分析和力学性能等测试,得出结果:螺栓断裂性质为氢致应力开裂;主要原因是内构件螺栓强度过高,导致材料有较大的氢致应力开裂敏感性,电极式蒸汽锅炉运行时会产生少量氢,螺栓在环境和应力的作用下发生氢致应力开裂。Bolts in a high voltage electrode steam boiler auxiliary steam boiler of a nuclear power plant fractured, the failure reason of the bolts is analyzed through macro and micro observation, metallurgical structure examination and hardness testing by using inspection equipment. The results show that the bolts fracture mode is hydrogen induced stress cracking. The bolts sensitivity of HIC increase results from high tensile strength, and then in effects of the tensile stress and low concentrations of hydrogen bring about stress cracking.
