摘  要:金融申诉专员制度自1981年起源于英国以来,得到学术界与实务部门的追捧,相关研究与文献日益增多。这些文献从金融消费者保护、多元化纠纷解决机制与申诉专员等三个视角开展了纵深研究,取得了积极的成果。但是目前的研究还存在碎片化、不均衡与脱离实践等问题。因此未来的研究趋势是回归金融申诉专员的基本问题,并在此基础上形成完备的理论体系。Financial ombudsman is an important part of financial ADR,which can improve consumers’confidence in the financial industry and has significant advantages in solving financial consumer disputes.Since the financial ombudsman system originated in the United Kingdom in 1981,it has been sought after by the academic and practical departments,and the related research and literature are increasing.These literatures have carried out in-depth research from the perspectives of financial consumer protection,diversified dispute resolution mechanism and ombudsman,and achieved positive results.However,the current research is still fragmented,unbalanced and divorced from practice.Therefore,the future research trend is the basic problem of returning to the financial ombudsman,and on this basis,a complete theoretical system is formed.
