摘　　要：全球经济面临严重衰退叠加新冠肺炎疫情"黑天鹅"事件,中国央行坚持稳健偏宽松货币政策搭配市场化机制改革(改革完善LPR机制)组合策略予以逆经济周期调节,成为少数实施常规货币政策的主要经济体。本文首先在引言及文献综述部分归纳梳理了代表性学者有关LPR新报价机制的不同学术观点,并且合理借鉴贷款市场报价利率(LPR)机制的国际经验,然后全面专业阐释贷款市场报价利率(LPR)机制的改革逻辑,在贷款市场报价利率(LPR)机制的现实评估的基础上,最后前瞻性探寻贷款市场报价利率(LPR)机制的演进安排。The global economy is facing a severe recession compounded by the COVID-19 outbreak of"Black Swan".China’s Central bank adheres to a combination of prudent and loose monetary policy and market-oriented mechanism reform(reform and improve THE LPR mechanism)to adjust against the economic cycle,and becomes one of the few major economies that implement conventional monetary policies.This paper in the introduction and the literature review part induces new quotation on the LPR system combed the representative scholars of different academic point of view,and rationally using the market price is lending rates(LPR)mechanism of international experience,then a comprehensive interpretation of the market price is lending rates(LPR)mechanism reform logic,in the market price is lending rates(LPR)system on the basis of a realistic appraisal of the prospective explore the market price is lending rates(LPR)mechanism of evolution.
