摘 要:当前,随着征信系统接入机构数量和范围的不断增加,非现场监管的重要性逐步凸显,真实可靠、及时全面的非现场监管数据是征信监管部门开展非现场监管的基础。在各类信息高度膨胀的大数据时代,加强对非现场监管数据的管理、应用,切实发挥大数据的风险监测、分析、预警作用显得尤为重要。本文拟在对新疆征信管理非现场监管系统建设实践以及深度调研的基础上,积极探索以大数据技术应用提升征信系统接入机构非现场监管水平的构想和策略。At present,with the continuous expansion of data and units of credit system access institutions,the importance of off-site supervison is gradually highlighted,real,reliable,timely and comprehensive off-site supervision data is the basis of off-site supervision by credit bureau.In the era of big data with high expansion of all kinds of information,it is particularly import ant to strengthen the management and application of off-site regulatory data and give full play to the role of risk monitoring,analysis and early warning of big data technology.Based on the practice of Xinjiang Credit Management Offsite Supervision System construction and in-dspth investigation,this paper intends to actively explore the concept and strategy of using big data technology to improve the offsite credit system access institutions.
