摘 要:目的探讨脐血间充质干细胞对同基因和异基因来源的T淋巴细胞亚群数量的影响。方法取新生儿脐血,体外培养间充质干细胞和T淋巴细胞,间充质干细胞和同基因及异基因T淋巴细胞共培养,流式细胞仪分析其亚群细胞的数量变化。结果与间充质干细胞共培养的T淋巴细胞中CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞、CD3^(+)CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞及CD4^(+)CD25^(+)调节性T细胞的数量均增多,且异基因来源的CD3^(+)C D4^(+)T淋巴细胞的数量与同基因来源的CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞的数量相比,数量增多更显著(P<0.05)。结论脐血间充质干细胞可以促进同基因和异基因T淋巴细胞的增殖,为间充质干细胞应用于临床疾病的治疗提供了数据支持。Objective To investigate the effects of umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells on the homogeneic and allogeneic T lymphocyte subsets.Methods Neonatal umbilical cord blood,and ectomesenchymal stem cells and T cells in vitro,coculture mesenchymal stem cells with the homogeneic and allogeneic Tlymphocyte,using flow cytometry to analyze the number of changes of the subgroup cells.Results Among in the ectomesenchymal stem cells cocultured with T lymphocytes,the number of CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T cells,Cd3^(+)C D8^(+)T lymphocytes and Cd4^(+)CD25^(+)regulatory T cells were increased,and the number of allogeneic Cd3^(+)C D4^(+)T lymphocytes were significantly higher than that of homogeneic Cd3^(+)C D4^(+)T lymphocytes(P<0.05).Conclusion Umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells can promote the homogeneic and allogeneic T lymphocyte proliferation,for application of mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of clinical disease provides data support.
