摘　　要：以"高校教师专业发展"为研究主题,在信息化教育的背景下,通过梳理高校教师专业发展国内外研究现状的基础上,提出信息化环境下高校教师专业发展理论内容和影响因素,重点关注从不同职业发展阶段、不同学科属性的角度研究教师专业发展,进而探索教师专业发展优化路径,为高等教育管理提供理论借鉴,达到提高教学质量的效果。Based on the research theme of"professional development of college teachers",in the context of informatization education,by combing the current status of domestic and foreign research on the professional development of college teachers,the theoretical content and influencing factors of professional development of college teachers in the information environment are proposed Focus on studying teacher professional development from the perspective of different career development stages and different subject attributes,and then explore the optimization path of teacher professional development,provide theoretical reference for higher education management,and achieve the effect of improving teaching quality.
