教育信息化2.0背景下地方高校信息化建设的思考

摘　　要：在教育信息化从1.0时代进入2.0时代的背景下,本文通过地方高校信息化建设的现状,提出了在教育信息化2.0的背景下,基于地方高校信息化的建设目标、建设任务以及保障措施三个方面的总体思路。最终通过教育信息化建设达到学校治理的"数据可视化"、"决策数据化",最终为决策层提供支撑和服务,形成学校治理新模式,实现学校教学信息化、服务智能化和管理决策科学化。In the context of education informationization from the 1.0 era to the 2.0 era,this paper through the current situation of local university informationization construction,put forward in the background of education informationization 2.0,based on the local university informationization construction goals,construction tasks and safeguard measures three aspects of the overall idea.Finally,the"data visualization"and"data-oriented decision-making"of school governance can be achieved through the construction of education informatization,and finally support and service can be provided for the decision-making level to form a new model of school governance,so as to realize the informatization of school teaching,the intelligence of service and the scientific decision-making of management.
